The Situation Center of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.

 

The Situation Center of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan includes a complex of specially equipped rooms, software and hardware means for processing and displaying information, communications and data transfer.

The Situation Center of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan is designed to solve the following tasks:

- Informational, analytical, organizational and technological support for the activities of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, including analysis of proposed management decision projects prepared by the situation centers of government institutions on the basis of a comprehensive assessment of the socio-economic and socio-political situation in the municipal and industrial sectors , analysis of proposed solutions to emerging problems, monitoring the implementation of programs and development plans, the analysis of possible scenarios, the analysis of expert opinions;

- information support of the process of making managerial decisions in the field of protecting the population and territories of the Republic of Tatarstan from emergency situations, prevention and liquidation of consequences.

- provision of informational interaction with the situation centers of local agencies of federal executive agencies in the Republic of Tatarstan, situation centers of the President of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation, federal state authorities and state government authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation included in the system of distributed situation centers, the National Center for Defense Management of the Russian Federation and the regional center for the administration of the Central Region Command;

- Monitoring and analysis of the implementation of defense and mobilization measures, state of emergency, anti-terrorist activities, territorial and civil defense, martial law on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan;

- Documentation and video recording (if necessary) of events held in the Situation Center of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.
